COVID-19 Information

THE LILLOOET TRIBAL COUNCIL HAS BEEN CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC EFFECTIVE MARCH 18, 2020

Lillooet Tribal Council would like to contribute to the safety to public due to the COVID – 19 pandemics. With increased health concerns, we need to take the appropriate steps towards Health and Safety. The Government of B.C has declared a Public Health Emergency. Effective immediately LTC Administration has implemented the following:

  1. Effective March 18, 2020 and until further notice the Lillooet Tribal Council office will be closed to the public.
  2. Operations will continue with minimal staff onsite with majority of staff working from home.
  3. All gatherings and/or meetings have been postponed or cancelled until further notice.
  4. LTC will be monitoring this situation daily for ongoing updates

Lillooet Tribal Council is currently working on approving and adopting a “Preventative Measures to COVID-19 Policy” Once this document has been approved it will be uploaded here.

Currently the LTC has a “Pandemic COVID-19 virus Exposure Controls – Protocols & Procedures” document for staff to follow while in the office. Please see this link:
